REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
Overview
At ICONO, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the watch must be returned within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, boxes, and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns for watches that show signs of wear, damage, or missing parts unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos for verification. Once confirmed, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact support@icono.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available depending on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be provided.
